There is a very special West Coast Collector whose taste we admire, this connoisseur having acquired items of high quality from important sources around the world for more than 50 years. This distinguished collection, assembled so carefully, encompasses important Old Master Renaissance drawings, Roman statutes, contemporary paintings and sculptures, and many other areas. Because of the recent closing of one of the many residences this collector has maintained over the years, there is more work than can comfortably be displayed in one home, however palatial. This material is available for the first time here since its original acquisition.
