Ted Tokio Tanaka

Tanaka, whose architectural designs are on several continents, oversaw the creation of the redesign of Los Angeles International Airport with its now iconic sign, and electronic pylons. Tanaka is currently engaged in overseeing design of the Little Tokyo Metrolink station and the adjacent Arts District, this series of drawings dating to time when Tanaka was musing on the LAX redesign in time for the 2000 Olympics. Tanaka's artist chop appears in lower right.
